Enjoyed our stay would definately stay again!

We liked everything about the hotel!

Shops closed a bit too early and some goods had purchase quantity restrictions, but the shops did their best to help!

Good

The hotel is large, the staff were super helpful at arrival but the room was old, maybe last decorated in the 70's, furniture the same, I somehow expected a more modern and less used set up. The price included breakfast and dinner so that was good.

The location was very nice and the room was great. Nonetheless, for such a hotel posing itself as a spa hotel overrated. There were only 2 tiny saunas and a tiny swimming pool which was disappointing. Breakfast was tasty, but the personal was rude and at 10 am I was literally thrown out from the cantine which happened to me for the first time in my life! Dinner was not tasty at all, salty and fat food with little choice. For this price it is not worth it.

Great affordable stay

Great place to visit with kids, nice playroom, good variety of food, playground, friendly staff and very affordable.

Pool could be a little bit warmer.

The heart of the forest with cool Wellness area and great People!

Basically All points are just the top ! :) Of course is not a 5 stars Hotel, but we like it very much since 10 years coming back time to times! :) Everyone is very welcoming, our room was nice and tidy and CLEAN! :) BEST WISHES to the Team! ,)

We'll go back again.

We had breakfast and dinner and for 5 days we enjoyed both. The staff was nice, polite and professional both at the reception and in the restaurant, the room was clean and we had a nice view.

The old fashioned TV and we have missed English programs. The furniture, the decoration and colours used in the hotel seemed to be a bit old-fashioned but we had a very good time

I felt like we were in a mountain retreat.

I love the retro feel of this hotel. The facility is dated yet very comfortable, the staff is friendly and efficient and the dinner tastes like my mother’s good cooking. This is the second time we spent a brief time on our way between countries; the last time was 4 years ago and I still enjoyed the stay.

would have loved an extra key to the room so we didn’t have to go everywhere together and a box of paper tissues would have been nice

Nice hotal, nice location, nice facilities. Sadly, poor quality hotel guests

The location was great (in a quiet forest); the staff was nice (at the reception, although the waiters took some time to come and take the orders); the great choice of food; the closed game area for children.

The spa area is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel, and the amenities have a retro feel, but it is acceptable for the price you pay. A separate pool for children would have been nice, to allow a good time for both young and old (it was extremely disturbing to swim and have toddlers hitting on me with their swim learning paraphernalia, as well as having parents throwing their kids in the swimming pool). Literally, there is no place for a quiet relaxation in the spa area. For such a small spa area, it would have been a nice thing not to ask for extra fee for the bathing suits. The people in this hotel were of all kinds (for not fault of the hotel, obviously, maybe just the fault of a good price-quality ratio, which attracts a large crowd lacking elementary behaviour skills).

Great, relaxing family place

Great location in a beautiful forest at the edge of town, yet next to a bus stop which takes you to the town centre in 10 minutes. Clean, helpful staff, good food, reasonable prices. No airconditioning, so in the summer get rooms on the forest side. Good play facilities for kids and great walks in the forest
